What do no-shows cost you?
A no-show is a booked appointment the person never shows up for. Multiply your bookings per month by your no-show rate and by your average ticket: that is the money that does not come in every month. Why the deposit matters
When the HeySetter agent books, it can collect a deposit inside the same WhatsApp chat, so the person who books shows up. We do not promise how many no-shows it prevents: the clinic we measured did not record attendance, so that number does not exist yet.
